Using DealZap
General rules that apply to everyone using the DealZap platform, whether you're a free member, paid subscriber, or just browsing.

Who we are
DealZap is operated by Khonsu Consulting Limited, a company registered in Guernsey, Channel Islands. When you use DealZap, you're entering into an agreement with us. For general questions, email us at hello@dealzap.gg. If you need help with your account or a voucher, our support team is at support@dealzap.gg.

Account & security
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure. Don't share your login or let anyone else use your account — deals are one per person, and accounts are non-transferable. You're responsible for any activity that happens under your login.

You must be 18 or over
DealZap is for adults. By creating an account, you confirm you're 18 or older. Some deals may have their own age restrictions — these will be clearly stated in the deal details.

Don't misuse the platform
DealZap is for genuine deal-seekers, not bots, scalpers, or people trying to game the system. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account found to be abusing the platform, claiming deals fraudulently, or acting in a way that harms our partners or other members.

Our liability is limited
DealZap connects members with local businesses. We're not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by our partners, and we can't guarantee that every deal will meet your expectations. We do our best to work with great businesses — but the experience itself is between you and the venue.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey, Channel Islands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Guernsey courts. We'd always rather sort things out directly though — email us first and we'll do our best to help.

Deals & Vouchers
The essentials on how deals and vouchers work. The full detail — including redemption steps and edge cases — is covered on the platform when you sign up.

Deals come in limited quantities
Once a deal has been fully claimed, it's gone — no exceptions and no queue jumping. If you miss out, another deal is always around the corner. Please don't visit a venue expecting to redeem a deal that's already been fully claimed — they won't be able to help.

Perks — a different kind of deal
Alongside one-off deals, members get access to perks — fixed-saving offers that can be claimed and redeemed once per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Redemption is still subject to availability with the partner business. Full perk terms are set out on the platform.

Flash deals — one-of-one vouchers
Some deals are flash deals — a single, unique voucher where only one member gets to zap and redeem it, for whatever's being offered, whether that's from DealZap directly or a partner venue. Because there's only one to claim, they come with their own rules around arranging collection. Full flash deal terms are set out on the platform.

No cash, no transfers, no value
Vouchers have no cash value and can't be passed on, sold, or traded. They're yours and yours alone.

We reserve the right to pull a deal
If a deal needs to be amended or withdrawn for any reason, we can do that. We'd rather not, but life happens. In the unlikely event of a technical fault — say, a glitch that lets far more people claim a deal than intended — we reserve the right to void any or all vouchers issued. We'd only ever use this if something genuinely broke, and we'll make it right with priority access to the next drop.

DealZap is the middleman
Deals are offered on behalf of our partner businesses, and it's ultimately their call whether to honour a voucher — though the vast majority do without issue. If you run into a problem redeeming at the venue, talk to them first, but if you're stuck, our support team at support@dealzap.gg is happy to help smooth things over.
